4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
4.1 Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. Confirmation of appointments will be provided via email or text message if you have consented to receive such communications.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of the full session cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or illness at the discretion of your therapist.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees
• Fees for Services are posted on our website and at our physical locations.
• Fees may vary depending on the type of service, duration, and the specific therapist.
• We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice.
5.2 Payment Methods
• We accept payment by credit card, debit card, e-transfer.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
5.3 Insurance
• We offer direct billing with most insurance companies. Please check with your therapist or our administrative team to confirm if your insurance provider is included in our direct billing service.
• For insurance plans we don’t directly bill, we will provide receipts that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
• It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider before receiving Services.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Confidentiality is fundamental to our therapeutic relationship. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
7. Limitations of Services
7.1 Emergency Services
Our Services are not designed to address emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please:
• Call 911
• Go to your nearest emergency room
• Contact a crisis hotline such as the Canada Suicide Prevention Service (1-833-456-4566)
7.2 Scope of Practice
Our therapists provide services within their scope of practice and professional competence. If we determine that your needs fall outside our scope of practice, we will provide appropriate referrals.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of CCCP or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
